* Exeter Cathedral Keystones and Carvings [NetSERF Select]
"Exeter Cathedral Web site is essentially an illustrated and explanatory catalogue of all the figurative sculpture that is part of the original interior fabric of the medieval building. The sculptures, many with rare original colour, are more visible on the Web site than in the building itself, even through binoculars. The site is extremely user-friendly allowing the user to search easily around each of the four main sources: the hyper linked cathedral plans, the content search, the library images and catalogue."

Tons of great information, including glossary, images, on-line projects, etc. "Working towards the impressive potential of this medium for immersive multi-themed exploration, we offer a broad selection of learning forms. These tools were forged from years of frustration with the lack of effective avenues for pursuing such studies. What is presented here on the Web are features which are currently supported by off-line counterparts." From Earthlore Explorations.

York Minster claims to be the largest Gothic cathedral in Europe. The site highlights the current religious focus of the cathedral while at the same time offering some interesting information for visitors. First of all, you can take a tour of the cathedral. There are articles about various aspects of the Minster. The most important aspect of the site is the very nice history and bibliography.
